At Bowie State, Kirk pursued studies in Communications, Musical Theater, and Social Justice, fields that reflected his passion for expression, advocacy, and community engagement. He was widely respected for his ability to inspire others, both through his words and his actions, leaving a lasting impression on students, colleagues, and peers alike.
A proud graduate of Gwynn Park High School, Kirk carried his creative spirit and infectious personality into every stage of his life. Whether performing, advocating, or simply engaging with others, he had a unique talent for bringing people together and making them feel valued.
Known for his radiant smile and magnetic personality, Kirk had a way of lighting up any room he entered. Friends and loved ones remember him as someone who left those around him feeling seen, encouraged, and uplifted. In a statement shared by his family, they said:
